YUKAtel GmbH, as an internationally operating mobile phone wholesaler and provider of hardware and software solutions in the field of GPS telematics & M2M/IoT, has been based at its current location at Merianstr. 23 in Offenbach am Main for over 20 years.

Due to the steadily growing core business in mobile wholesale, as well as the introduction of various brands in the areas of IoT, IT services and GPS fleet solutions, the need for employees has also increased.

The space at the current location is fully exhausted and so the decision was made, after more than 20 years of loyalty to the location, to realize a new building according to individual needs in Dreieich Sprendlingen.

In this way, YUKAtel GmbH wants to create a framework to increase the number of employees at the current Offenbach location from 70 to 100 by the time the company moves in.

The projected building, in interaction with the MHK building on Frankfurter Strasse, accentuates the northern city boundary with its aesthetically striking appearance.

The decision in favor of the convenient location was made not least because of the pleasant cooperation with the city of Dreieich.

"We enjoy great support from the city of Dreieich" Yusuf Karatas, company founder and managing director of YUKAtel GmbH is pleased. "Our special thanks go to Mayor Martin Burlon. Also the active support of the building supervision of the district Offenbach made it possible for us to bring the new building after shortest planning phase on the way."

On the 7000sqm site, the new building will be 90m long and 35m deep, extending over 6 floors to a total height of 26 meters and generating a gross floor area of 15,000sqm.

The building, which picks up the company logo in its design, consists of a mirrored glass body on a solid base. The glass body consists of two staggered parallelograms in whose intersection, analogous to the company logo, an illuminated, rotating metal globe will find its prominent place within the building and be depicted in the facade as an additional highlight.

Spacious, open office spaces, the use of large glass elements, and landscaped courtyards that can be actively used by employees are just some of the factors that contribute to the building's special character.

Last but not least, the diagonal, significant projections of the south and north facades form the extravagant appearance of the company headquarters.

With its new building, YUKAtel GmbH is creating an innovative working environment. As an "active office," the company provides employees with spacious areas away from the daily office routine, such as a fitness area, a food & chill area and relaxation areas.

The concept is complemented by a media and presentation area. Here, employees and interested guests get an insight into the company history and the brand diversity of YUKAtel GmbH, which complement the core business.

Mr. Mehmet Karatas, Managing Director of YUKAtel GmbH, emphasizes: "The new building meets the highest standards and offers current and future employees optimal usage possibilities at a highly attractive location."
